    Frank Kuchuris 
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

With the ultimate responsibility for East Balt's operational, fiscal, human resources, culture, vision, values and strategic direction, as well as customer relationships, Frank Kuchuris sets the direction of East Balt. He is responsible for expanding the business from one bakery in Chicago to 20 bakeries in 12 countries on four continents. Mr. Kuchuris also chairs the Executive Management Team and the broader Senior Leadership Team. He received his B.S. from Virginia Military Institute.
     
    John Petenes
President and Chief Operating Officer

Along with Frank Kuchuris, John Petenes is responsible for managing and overseeing the global expansion of the business over the last 20 years, with the specific responsibility of directing the construction of all East Balt bakeries. Mr. Petenes plans, leads and organizes East Balt’s operations to assure achievement of high operating standards and objectives while serving as a member of the Executive Management Team. He recieved degrees in both Bakery Engineering and Bakery Management from AIB.
     
    John Borowski
Senior Executive Vice President, Business Operations

John Borowski assures East Balt has effective information, objectives, planning, strategies, new bakery development, acquisitions, processes, tools and measurement to optimize focus, decision making, and performance. Working alongside Frank and John Petenes, he was involved in further expanding the business in Europe, as well East Balt’s expansion into Asia and Africa, and helps lead the company as a member of the Executive Management Team. Mr. Borowski is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S. in Accounting from University of Illinois and completed a Masters of Management Degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
     
  Edward Gin
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Edward Gin assures the company has effective financial systems, financial integrity and discipline, and desired capital access. He received a BBA in Economics from Loyola University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
     
    David Dvorak
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

David Dvorak is responsible for providing human resources assistance, planning, development and implementation tools for Senior Management, Regional Management, General Managers and Human Resources Managers. This includes: leading goal setting; employee relations; training and development; management succession planning; staffing; compliance; HR policies and HR legal compliance. Mr. Dvorak received a B.A. in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Northern Illinois University and a Masters of Business Administration in Labor Law from Dominican University.
     
  Louise Kuchuris Locke 
Executive Vice President, Corporate and Strategic Affairs
 
Louise Kuchuris Locke develops, focuses and facilitates the improvement, growth and change processes of East Balt. This includes responsibility for working with the CEO, the Executive Management Team, the Leadership Team, Operations Council and the Planning Team. As Co-Chief of Staff, she also facilitates the decision-making process. Ms. Locke received her B.A. from Marquette University.
     
    Mark Kuchuris
Executive Vice President, U.S. and South Africa Regions

Mark Kucharis is responsible for leading, planning and monitoring regional performance for customers, operations, human resources, people development, bakery/business development and finances. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from DePaul University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
     
  Steven Brunner
Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific Region

Steven Brunner is responsible for leading, planning and monitoring regional performance for customers, operations, human resources, people development, bakery/business development and finances. He received a B.S. in Finance from University of Illinois, a JD from DePaul University School of Law and a Masters of Law at New York University School of Law.
     
    Stuart Lee
Executive Vice President, European Region

Stuart Lee is responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring regional performance for customers, operations, human resources, people development, bakery/business development and finances. He attended the Hreod Burna School in Swinton, Wiltshire, U.K., completed a Bakery Apprenticeshio at City & Guilds of London Bakery 120 & 121 and has HACCP Vienna, Paris and Beijing training from the American Institute of Baking.
     
  Susan Pavish
Senior Vice President, Administration & Treasury

Susan Pavish oversees and implements treasury and risk management, corporate income taxes, and employee pension, as well as health and welfare benefit program development. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. from University of Illinois at Chicago Circle.
     
  Dominic DeBlasio
Vice President, World Wide Quality Assurance

Dominic DeBlasio leads the global East Balt Quality Assurance team in ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance, exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous improvement. He attended University of Illinois, where he attained a degree in Chemistry and is a Safe-Certified auditor.
     
  Fred Robin
Vice President, World Wide Engineering

Fred Robin leads East Balt's engineering teams globally in plant design, expansion and operations. Mr. Robins is responsible for assuring effective engineering for East Balt bakeries throughout the world. He attended Heath Zenith Electronics School and took the following continuing education courses: AIB electrical, AIB programmable ladder logic and Clemson University management.
     
  Kevin Adams
Vice President, World Wide Bakery Operations

Kevin Adams assures effective operations at East Balt bakeries world wide, including problem solving, bakery assessments, assuring operations staff knowledge, providing technical and baking assistance, and assuring highest possible quality delivered consistently. He attended Morningside College in Sioux City, IA and has a Baking Science and Technology degree and Food Safety Advanced HACCP training from the American Institute of Baking.
